5. Additional Terms & Requirements

• All users must sign a rental agreement and kitchen use rules
• $150 refundable damage deposit for all renters
• $50 one-time onboarding fee for new users (tour, training, account setup)
• Must provide a copy of food license or mobile license
• Proof of liability insurance required
• Henry County health permit registration needed for public food sales

6. Utility Use Policy

All standard utility costs (electricity, water, and gas) are included in the hourly and monthly rental pricing. This ensures a simple and transparent experience for all kitchen users.

However, Bethlehem Kitchen reserves the right to assess a utility surcharge under the following conditions:

• Heavy equipment use (multiple ovens, fryers, or sustained high-load electrical appliances)
• Extended refrigeration or freezer use beyond allotted storage terms
• Excessive water usage for special operations (e.g., filling prep tanks or large-scale cleaning)

This surcharge will only be applied in exceptional cases and will be discussed and agreed upon with the renter prior to billing. Our goal is to maintain fair pricing while being good stewards of our facility's resources.
